Setup

We do not charge a service fee except the processing fee. We believe in transparent charges, and follow this rule.

Volume-based fee:

The processing fee is 5%. Several studies show that 97% of the customers add the processing fee on top of the tip, meaning you will get the full amount of the tip.

The withdraw fee is also 5% for tips’ receiver.
